14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging and tags must be included.
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
